He was previously a reporter at HuffPost, covering daily news, and Afghanistan, and a graduate fellow at American University’s Investigative Reporting Workshop, where he focused on housing issues in D.C. He holds a master’s degree in international affairs from AU, and is also a graduate of Columbia Journalism School’s Lede Program for Data Journalism.
